Content:Shell Graduate Program (壳牌毕业生英才计划) is a framework that will help you make the most of your potential, personally and professionally. Over 3 years, you will undertake 2 different role rotations with a mix of on-the-job training and formal learning.
As a Campus Recruiter in this program, what you will do?
•Manage Shell China Graduate Program recruitment from strategic planning, engagement with line managers and assessors community, overall project management and responsible for overall delivery.
•Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing to develop corresponding marketing and employer branding strategies to attract Graduate candidates in an effective way.
•Manage the successful recruitment (quality, speed, cost and diversity of end-to-end pipeline) for internal appointments and external recruitment for a particular portfolio of business or functions.
•Develop trusted relationships and two-way engagement with business partners to understand business priorities, roles, and talent needs both short and longer term
•Conduct assessments, differentiate candidate capabilities to short list and guide business on objective ratings to differentiate candidates.
•Be the key engagement point for Candidates, being an ambassador for Shell and the Employee Value Proposition.  

Who are we looking for?
•Bachelor or above degree holder with no constraint on major
•Fresh graduate or candidate with less than 3 years relevant experience
•Can start full-time working or internship before April 2019
•Proficient English language skills – both in written and spoken
•Passionate in pursuing a career in HR function
•Quick learning agility and adaptability
•Self-motivated to deliver promise and make things happen
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
•Good project management skills
